ORDINANCE 07-04
Be it enacted by the Quorum Court of the County of Faulkner, State of Arkansas. An Ordinance to be entitled: An Ordinance to establish the Faulkner County Personnel Manual and to repeal any conflicting Ordinances and for other purposes
Section 1: The Faulkner County Personnel Manual is here by adopted, by reference, as the guide for procedures to be used in the further conduct of the County’s personnel functions.
Section 2: Implementation of the personnel Manual and subsequent administration thereof shall be a function of the County Judges Office.
Section 3: A copy of the Personnel Manual, and changes made thereto, shall be maintained by the Faulkner County Clerk.
Section 4: Faulkner County Ordinance 91-27 is hereby repealed, as it is in conflict or has been incorporated into this Ordinance.
Section 5: It is here by found and determined that the effectiveness of this Ordinance is essential for the operation of Faulkner County Government, therefore an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, shall be in force and effect from after its passage and approval.
