The 20th Judicial District of Arkansas includes Faulkner County, Van Buren County and Searcy County. The 20th Judicial District office of the Prosecuting Attorney is one of the busiest in the state.

The Prosecuting Attorney and the administration of criminal justice protect victims of crime as well as citizens at large. In addition, the Prosecuting Attorney seeks to punish criminals, rehabilitate youthful offenders and seek restitution for victims of crime.

Our society experiences a wide variety of crimes including killing of children, child sexual and physical abuse, abuse of the elderly, heinous murders, abuse of dangerous drugs, domestic violence, sexual assault, assault on police officers and teachers, gang violence and writing hot checks.

The 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney, along with the law enforcement agencies, seek to apprehend and prosecute criminals so that a good result is achieved that will benefit society.
