Passports may now be obtained Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 4:00 pm (Excluding Holidays) at the County Clerks Office located at 801 Locust Ave, Conway Ar.

(No Appointment Necessary. Give give yourself enough time to complete the Application Process.)

Process for Applying for a Untied States Passport:

1.  Bring a completed Passport Form that applies. You may obtain the Form/Forms on the Travel.State.Gov website.

2.  Provide all of the required documentation listed at Travel.State.Gov Website to our office. 

    Proof of Citizenship
    Proper Identification
    Photo (If you do not have an acceptable photo to include with your Application, you may obtain one in our office For a Fee )  

Current List of Fees

Application Fees to be paid to the US Department of State must be Check, Money Order or Cashier's check.

Execution Fees to be paid to the Faulkner County Clerk's office Cash or Debit/Credit card accepted with a fee.
