The final payment was made on the Faulkner County Justice building on October 31, 2017.  The loan was for 5 years and was paid in full within 4 years. This saved the county $277,114.61 in interest, according to County Attorney David Hogue.  Pictured below is Judge Baker holding the receipt for the last payment made with Johnny Adams, Market President of First Security Bank in Conway.
